If a product or service provided by us or our affiliated companies has a separate privacy policy or special provisions in the corresponding user service agreement, the privacy policy of that product or service will take precedence. Any content not covered by the privacy policy and user service agreement of that product or service shall be subject to the content of this policy. (1) Help you become our user and manage your account
1. Basic services
We provide services to you based on the TiKeWang platform account. To create a TikTok platform account, you need to provide us with at least your phone number and login/verification password. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register for a TiKeWang platform account and can only use browsing and search services.
2. Additional features
Personalized service: If you provide the following additional information to complete the information, it will help us provide you with more personalized products or services: your real name, gender, phone number, email, contact address, company information, and we can also provide you with special membership services. Among them, the nickname and avatar you set will be publicly displayed.
Real person authentication: You can submit the corresponding name, ID card, and facial information according to the authentication requirements to complete the real person authentication.
Authorized login: We may obtain your third-party account information from a third party based on your individual consent and bind it to your TikTok platform account. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your separate consent authorization.
Other services: If you apply to register as a seller or other user roles with additional identity authentication requirements, you need to proactively provide us with your identity information and/or company related information.
If you already have a TikTok platform account, we may display your personal information mentioned above in the TikTok platform services, as well as the actions you perform on the TikTok platform or in the products and services associated with the TikTok platform account (you can use our and/or affiliated companies' products or services through the TikTok platform account in our TikTok application or PC site's link entrance or other product/service entrance), including displaying your personal information, promotional benefits, and trading orders through the TikTok platform account. We will respect your choices regarding the services and account settings of the TiKeWang platform.
3. Identity verification
To meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements, ensure the authenticity of user identity, implement anti fraud risk control, and ensure system and service security, we need to collect your relevant information for identity verification when you use specific services/functions, such as:
Real name/real person authentication: Based on the implementation of special types of goods or services transactions, user roles with additional identity authentication requirements (such as sellers, content creators), and other scenarios that require verification of the user's real identity in accordance with the law (including protecting the rights and interests of minors, cracking down on telecommunications fraud, identifying relevant parties in administrative law enforcement or judicial litigation, and recovering account passwords), you need to undergo real name or real person authentication. To achieve the authentication purpose, you need to actively provide relevant real identity information (such as name, ID number or facial recognition information, which may vary depending on the actual situation, subject to the prompts on the page) and authorize us to conduct information verification through a national authoritative and trustworthy identity authentication institution. We will record and save the authentication information and results in accordance with the law. These information are only for the purpose of completing the authentication purpose or for other purposes stipulated by laws and regulations, and will not be used for other purposes without your explicit authorization.
(2) Show you product or service information
To display product or service information to you, including your visit history, search history, etc., we will collect and use your browsing and search records when visiting or using the TiKe website or PC application. We will combine lawfully collected device information, service log information, and other information authorized by you to predict your preference characteristics through algorithm models, match products, services, or other information that you may be interested in, and rank the products, services, or other information displayed to you. To meet your diverse needs, we will introduce diversified recommendation techniques in the sorting process to expand the recommended content and avoid excessive concentration of similar content. We will also push you commercial advertisements and other information that you may be interested in based on your preference characteristics on the TiKeWang platform, or send you commercial short messages.
At the same time, we strive to ensure your privacy experience through the following measures:
1. If you want to delete your browsing and search history, you can log in to your account and select "Browse History" or "Search History" to delete it;
2. If you do not want to receive the commercial information we send you, you can unsubscribe or close it through SMS prompts or other methods we provide;
3. If you need to view rankings that are not based on your personal characteristics when using our on-site search service, you can click "Filter" on the search results page to set them up;
4. If you want to manage the personalized content we push to you, you can set it in "My Settings Privacy Settings Personalized Recommendations".
(3) We provide you with functions such as bookmarking, adding purchases, following, and sharing
1. During your browsing of our website or client, you can choose to bookmark products and/or services that interest you, add them to your shopping cart, establish a following relationship with merchants/brands that interest you, and share product/service information with third parties through the functional components we provide. 2. When you share or receive shared information, participate in activities, etc., we need to access your clipboard and read the passwords, sharing codes, links contained in it to achieve functions or services such as jumping, sharing, and event linkage. (Special note) Some mobile phones and other terminal devices' systems may prompt that the application is reading the clipboard, but the system prompt cannot distinguish whether clipboard information is being collected, and false alarms cannot be ruled out. You can turn off the "Allow access to clipboard" setting through "My" - "Settings" - "Privacy Settings". After turning it off, we will not attempt to access your clipboard information within the app, but the corresponding password sharing function will also be disabled.
(4) Assist you in completing orders and order management
When you order specific goods and/or services in our products and/or services, we will generate an order for you to purchase the goods and/or services through the system. For your convenience in understanding, querying, and managing order information, we will collect the order information generated during your use of our services to display to you and facilitate your order management.

(5) Assist you in completing the payment
To complete the order payment, when you need to use the quick payment method provided by third-party payment, you need to provide necessary information such as name, bank card number, bank card validity period, CVV2, etc. to the third-party payment institution or bank. This information is a necessary condition for completing the bank card quick payment, and TiKeWang will not use this information for other purposes or disclose it to other institutions or individuals.
In order to keep us informed and confirm your payment progress and status in a timely manner, and to provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect payment progress related information from the transaction partner you have chosen or other financial institutions you have chosen.
(6) Assist in delivering goods or services to you
To ensure the smooth, safe, and accurate delivery and provision of the goods and/or services you purchase, we will disclose the delivery information related to the order to the service providers who provide logistics information systems and technical services for the TiKeWang platform, and synchronize the relevant delivery information with the corresponding logistics delivery providers based on their choices. You acknowledge and agree that the corresponding logistics delivery entity inevitably obtains and uses your delivery information for the purpose of completing the delivery.
For the purpose of providing you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, we need to be informed and confirm the delivery progress and status in a timely manner. You agree that we may collect information related to the delivery progress from logistics related service providers.
(7) Customer service and dispute resolution
When you contact us or apply for in sales, after-sales, or dispute resolution, in order to ensure the security of your account and system, we require you to provide necessary personal information to verify your identity.
In order to facilitate contact with you, assist you in resolving issues as soon as possible, or record the solutions and results of related issues, we may save your communication, communication/call records, and related content (including account information, order information, third-party payment receipts, contact information) with us.

In order to ensure the safe operation, quality and efficiency of software and services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (including IMEI, AndroidID, OAID, IMSl, GAID, MEID, iOS such as IDFV, IDFA, HarmonyOS (UUID); Different identifiers may have different validity periods, whether they can be reset by the user, and the way they are obtained), DeviceId (it should be noted that this DeviceId has no association with the device's unique identifier), device sensor information, network device hardware address (MAC address), WIFI information (WiFi status, WIFI parameters, nearby WIFI list, connected WIFI, WIFI scan results, WIFI BSSID, WIFI SSID), operator base station information (Cell ID), precise location information (GPS information), software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, use, service logs, and other data.

When you apply for inclusive finance loan through Tike.com, you know and agree that we may collect your name, mobile phone number, certificate type, ID number, ID card photo, marital status, education, communication address, bank card number information, and disclose it to the provider of inclusive finance service (i.e. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited), who will complete the acceptance and review of your inclusive finance loan application. The above information is only used for applying for inclusive finance loans. We will take strict confidentiality and security measures to protect your information security, and will not use it for any other purposes without your explicit authorization.
(11) Other additional services provided for you
1. Additional services based on system permissions

Once you close any permission, it means that you have cancelled the authorization. 2. Cookies and similar technology services

(2) Entrusted processing

2. Aurora Authentication SDK: In order to provide you with intelligent authentication services, we need to use this information to identify the user's application environment and help your website and applications recognize and intercept batch automated operations of machine programs.
3. QQ Internet SDK: To achieve the functions of sharing QQ Internet SDK to QQ/TIM, adding friends, etc., it determines whether QQ or TIM is installed on the user's phone.
4. Youmeng Mobile Statistics SDK: Implement application installation and uninstallation statistics based on software installation list, and realize uninstallation analysis function.

(3) Transfer
If we need to transfer personal information due to merger, division, dissolution, or bankruptcy, we will inform you of the recipient's name or contact information. The recipient will continue to fulfill this policy and other legal obligations. If the recipient changes the original processing purpose or method, they will obtain your consent again.
(4) Public disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following situations:
1. If we determine that you have violated relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, or violated relevant agreements (including electronic agreements signed online) that you have signed with TikTok, or violated relevant TikTok platform rules, or to protect the personal and property safety of TikTok platform users or the public from infringement, we may disclose personal information about you, including relevant violations and the measures that TikTok platform has taken against you.
2. Based on your voluntary choice and other separate consent, we may publicly disclose your personal information.
4、 Your rights
We provide convenient methods for you to manage your information. You can do so through the following methods, and we will respond to your requests in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements:
(1) Querying, correcting, and supplementing
You have the right to query, correct, and supplement your information through the following methods:
1. You can choose whether to disclose your information on the TiKe platform by filling in the relevant information or in your member service center (i.e. TiKe application, M-site, mini program, Hongmeng Yuan service "My" interface, TiKe PC site "Buyer Center", "Seller Center"). You are aware that if you choose to disclose your information, it will be publicly displayed.
2. You can check, correct, and supplement your personal information, security settings, login password, contact information, and manage your shipping/receiving address in the "My Settings" interface by logging into the TiKe website application.
3. If you have any questions about querying, correcting, or supplementing your personal information, you can contact the customer service of Tike.com for consultation and resolution.
(2) Delete
You can delete some of your information through the path listed in "1. Query, Correction, and Supplement", or apply to cancel your account to delete all of your information.
In the following situations, you can request the deletion of personal information by contacting customer service:
1. If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
3. If our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;
4. If our processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purpose;
5. If we cease to provide products or services, or if the retention period has expired.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the subjects who have obtained your personal information from us as much as possible and request them to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these subjects have independently obtained your authorization).
When you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technology limitations, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
(3) Change the scope of authorization
You can change or revoke the scope of your authorization for us to collect and process your personal information through the following methods: in "My Settings Privacy Settings", revoke or turn off your privacy settings. For authorizations that cannot be directly set up through the above methods, you can modify them by contacting customer service. However, please note that for some types of personal information, such as information necessary to implement the basic functions of the TiKeWang platform or information necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request to change the scope of authorization. After you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. But your decision to revoke authorization will not affect the personal information processing we have previously carried out based on your authorization.
(4) Cancel account
1. You can log in to the TiKeWang application and cancel your account by going to "My" - "System Settings" - "Account Information" - "Account Cancellation" (on the HarmonyOS platform, go to "My" - "About Us" - "Account Cancellation"). It should be noted that your account can only be cancelled if there are no risks, transactions (no transaction records within 120 days before seed and seedling merchants apply for cancellation, and no transaction records within 30 days before other categories apply for cancellation), after-sales and other related matters.
2. Contact customer service to apply for the cancellation of your account.
After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will cease to provide you with products or services and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
(5) Constrained information system automatic decision-making
In certain business functions, we may make decisions based on non manual automated decision-making mechanisms. If these decisions affect your legitimate rights and interests, you can contact us through customer service.
(6) In response to your above request
For requests from you or potential guardians, close relatives, and other authorized parties regarding your personal information rights under the laws of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, you can contact us through customer service and we will respond within 15 days.
To ensure the security of your account and personal information, when you make the above request to us, we may first verify your identity (such as adding account verification, requesting you to provide a written request, or other reasonable means), and then process your request.
For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge any fees, but for requests that are repeated multiple times or exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain fee at our discretion. We may refuse requests for information that is not directly related to your identity, information that is repeatedly applied for without reasonable reasons, or requests that require excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are unrealistic.

(1) Storage location
The personal information collected and generated during our operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within China.
(2) Storage period
We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless there is a mandatory retention requirement by law, such as the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China requiring the retention of product and service information and transaction information for no less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction.
